The Cancer Services Improvement Coordinator at Grampians Integrated Cancer Service (GICS), provide an overview on the improvements in care coordination, survivorship and supportive care for people in regional Victoria.

This new quality improvement program is designed to formalise a post-treatment referral process in survivorship and supportive care to enable access to services closer to home.
