Leah possesses core experience as an executive coach, facilitator and consultant. An experienced leader in the fields of defence, utilities, higher education, health and sustainability, Leah has demonstrated skills engaging community, business and the public service in change initiatives. Leah has fifteen years’ experience serving in Chief Executive roles, for Melbourne Cares, Sustainable Regional Australia, Be.Bendigo and LEAD Loddon Murray.

Leah has been an Associate of the University of Melbourne’s Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences and Business and Economics since 2019. She has worked extensively with high potentials, assisting in current role performance and successful transition into new roles.
