Advances and emerging innovations in CAR-T therapy

CAR-T therapy has become an established and transformative approach for treating several blood cancers. However, its application in solid tumours has continued to face significant challenges. Despite these hurdles, recent clinical studies and preclinical advances have offered promising new insights.

This session provided an overview of the current clinical landscape of CAR-T cell therapies, with speakers highlighting innovative strategies being developed to enhance their effectiveness in solid tumours. Emerging approaches demonstrated in preclinical models were discussed, showcasing how these advances are opening exciting new possibilities for future treatment.
