Turning cancer's off-switch back on: First proof-of-concept for selective reactivation of a tumor suppressor
Dr Alison Schram from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, USA presents data from the PYNNACLE trial, a study of rezatapopt in TP53 Y220C-mutated cancers. This trial is the first proof-of-concept for selective reactivation of a tumor suppressor for the treatment of cancer.
