VCCC Alliance From Awareness to Action:
Building effective and sustainable relationships between researchers and consumers
This course is designed to help researchers transition from awareness to actionable steps in building effective and sustainable consumer relationships. By integrating consumer involvement into research practices, you’ll gain insights on how to ensure that consumers are actively engaged and their perspectives are integral to the research process.
This course will equip you with the skills and strategies needed to foster meaningful collaborations that enhance research quality and impact.
Course Overview

We've crafted four modules, each shining a spotlight on supporting researchers who are getting started or want to enhance their consumer involvement activities.
- Module 1: Foundations of consumer involvement
- Module 2: Effective and sustainable relationships
- Module 3: Finding the right consumer
- Module 4: Grant applications
As you progress through them, you'll discover how these knowledge and skills intertwine, much like pieces of a puzzle. By the end, you'll see firsthand how these blend and fuel effective and sustainable relationships between researchers and consumers.
