In conjunction with International Women's Day, we celebrate Women in Cancer.
A panel of inspiring women in cancer research and leadership share their stories on how they entered the field, as well as the motivations or experiences that have shaped their journey. They discuss the unique challenges they have faced as women in cancer, whether it be gender bias, societal expectations, or professional obstacles. They also share their triumphs and successes, showcasing their resilience and determination in overcoming these challenges.
Each speaker shares insights into their latest projects, discoveries, or advancements. They delve into their specific area of expertise, emphasising the importance of their work in improving cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, or survivorship. The panel also highlighst how diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences contribute to more effective problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration.
